Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original sealed packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed dietary supplements cannot be returned.

How to start a return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@beorhealth.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be approved before sending the product back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@beorhealth.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or unsealed dietary supplements

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union – Right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, unless the product has been opened or unsealed.

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons are not eligible for withdrawal once unsealed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
