A full 5 g daily dose in one scoop. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. 1,500 mg N-acetyl-L-tyrosine
We chose the acetylated form of tyrosine because it dissolves in water far better than regular tyrosine. That makes sense for a drink you want to mix without clumps.

250 mg L-theanine
Green tea’s own amino acid. It comes from a green tea extract standardised so that every serving delivers exactly 250 mg of L-theanine.

500 mg Lion’s Mane extract
A mushroom used in East Asian cooking and tradition for centuries. Our extract is standardised to 20% polysaccharides, giving 100 mg per serving, so you know what you’re getting, not just ground mushroom.

500 mg taurine
An amino acid derivative your body produces on its own and that you also get from foods such as fish and meat.

A northern plant that grows wild in Finland too. The extract is standardised to 3% rosavins and 1% salidroside (9 mg and 3 mg per serving). That 3:1 ratio matches the natural profile of genuine Rhodiola rosea root.

100.1 mg phosphatidylserine
A phospholipid that is a natural building block of every cell membrane. In BE CLEAR, it’s sourced from soy.
